We’ve personally explored every secret trail, climbed every peak, and navigated every refreshing river here in Taiwan’s incredible backyard. And now? We’re super excited to share it all with you!

Brand Origin

Beast Runners Taiwan has long been dedicated to promoting outdoor education and ecological conservation through international trail running events. These efforts have successfully brought Taiwan’s breathtaking landscapes and Indigenous cultures to a global audience.

Now, we take a step further—transforming unused campus spaces into an outdoor school that combines world-class trail running experience, environmental education, and local culture.
This vision comes to life through the founding of Beast School, a pioneering project to support public health, lifelong learning, and regional sustainability.

Our journey begins at Zhongling Elementary School, with a long-term goal of expanding into other locations, revitalizing public spaces and embedding the value of nature education deep within Taiwan while maintaining an international outlook.

With more people taking to the mountains in recent years, the lack of awareness around safety, sustainability, and mountain literacy has become evident. Beast School was created with the mission to: “Promote outdoor sports and deepen mountain-based education”. We are building a professional, diverse, and inclusive outdoor learning platform, offering activities such as: Hiking, river tracing, rock climbing, tree climbing, slacklining, and scouting, trail running, orienteering, and mountain biking, nature farming, eco-friendly practices, horticulture therapy, wilderness survival, parent-child learning, Indigenous cultural immersion.

We believe outdoor learning is a transformative experience that not only challenges individuals physically and mentally, but also fosters respect for nature and a mindset of sustainability.

With a team composed of professionals from military, police, fire services, and rescue, Beast School has the potential to become:

  • A training center for mountain safety and emergency response.
  • A hub for search-and-rescue education.
  • A platform for outdoor instructor development.

We are also committed to revitalizing the Chenggong community in Puli, turning idle school spaces into multi-functional outdoor learning environments, and cultivating the next generation of outdoor professionals.
